Shipping and Returns

Christmas Shipping Deadline
The Holiday Shipping Deadline is December 8, 2023 for Apparel, Drinkware, Wall Hangings , Face Masks and Neck Gaiters and December 15, 2023 for handmade items (Bracelets, Stickers, Bookmarks, Mini File Folders, Notepads, Rune Cards). I can not guarantee the above items will be delivered by Christmas after that date.

Packaging

To keep shipping costs down, packaging for handmade items will be light.

  • Bookmarks, Mini File Folders, Notepads and Stickers will be packaged in a cello sleeve and shipped in a bubble mailer.
  • Bracelets will be packaged with a fold-over jewelry tag, sealed in a jewelry bag, and shipped in a bubble mailer.

Shipping
Chained Dolls ships from the United States. All handmade items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will be packaged and shipped 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date payment is received. All other merchandise is shipped via third party. These items have a processing period of 7 to 14 business days (Monday-Friday).

Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped. Chained Dolls is not responsible for any delays, damages or losses due to shipping. The package is no longer in my control once it enters the USPS’ system.

Chained Dolls is not responsible for package delivery errors due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.

If your package is shown as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number. You can also file a claim. The Post Office takes mail theft very seriously!

NOTE: Chained Dolls does not ship on weekends or US Holidays.

Domestic Shipping
Chained Dolls ships bracelets, bookmarks, stickers, notepads and mini file folders First Class, free of charge. You can upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail for $6.00.

International Shipping
Chained Dolls does not ship internationally at this time. This may change in the future.

Returns & Refunds
Chained Dolls wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you’re not, you’re welcome to return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. You can either fill out the Contact Form or send an email to info@chaineddolls.com. If sending an email, please enter “Product Return” as the subject. Include your Order Number in the body of your message. I will respond with instructions on how to return the item(s).

The item(s) must be returned in the same manner and condition they were received, this includes the packaging. Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error) will receive a partial refund only.

We do not offer refunds because of your failure to read the title and description of the product. Measurements are listed for every product in the description. Please be sure to thoroughly read the details to make sure you're purchasing the size you need.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. We do not offer refunds on items purchased while on sale/clearance.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital products are non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will include the purchase price only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
