Covid-19 Questions

For Customers

Chained Dolls partners with a fulfillment company who prints and ships some of our products. We're in regular communication with them regarding updates on fulfillment and shipping and following news on Covid-19. Both Chained Dolls and our fulfillment partner are still operating and we're continuing to accept orders.

Fulfillment will take longer, but your orders will reach you. Our standard fulfillment estimate of 5 to 7 business days is currently closer to 7 to 14 business days.

Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. We thank you for your understanding and patience. The number one priority right now is health, so stay safe and take care of yourselves.

Can I still order online for delivery?

Yes. As long as the United States Postal Service is running, Chained Dolls will be open.

Are there shipping delays?

Currently, all handmade items are still being fulfilled in 1 to 3 business days. These include bracelets, bookmarks, mini file folders, stickers, magnets, cards and notepads.

Print-on-demand products are taking a little longer to fulfill. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for fulfillment of these products. These include apparel, drinkware, gaiters/face masks, tote bags, coasters and mousepads.

Orders & Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diner's Club) are accepted as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Facebook Pay and Afterpay.

What is Shop Pay?

Shop Pay helps you check out faster by automatically filling in your saved payment and shipping information when you enter your email address at checkout. When you checkout, click the purple Shop Pay button in the Express Checkout box. When you click Authorize purchase, you will receive a unique 6-digit code in a text message. When prompted, enter the code on the checkout page so the order can be processed.

You can also use ShopPay Installments. Pay in 4 installments using Shop Pay Installments in partnership with AFFIRM.

What is Facebook Pay?

Facebook Pay helps you check out faster by automatically filling in your saved payment and shipping information when you enter your email address at checkout. When you checkout, click the black Facebook Pay button in the Express Checkout box. Log into your Facebook account. Your billing and shipping information will appear. You can change this information before you complete your purchase if required. You can then authenticate your purchase.

Facebook Pay only works if you are using an IP address based in the United States, and one of the following browsers:

  • Safari or Chrome for desktop
  • Safari for iOS
  • Chrome for Android

What is Afterpay?

Shop now. Pay later. No interest.

Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in 4 payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. If it is your first time using Afterpay, you will need to register and provide payment details. If you are already using Afterpay, simply log in to make your purchase.

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

Are my payment details secure?

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). No credit card information is stored after your order has been processed.

How long is the order processing period?

For handmade items (bracelets, bookmarks, mini file folders, stickers, magnets, cards, notepads), order processing times are between 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday). Most packages are shipped within 24 hours.

All other merchandise (apparel, drinkware, gaiters/face masks, coasters, tote bags, wall decor, mousepads) are shipped via third party with processing times between 7 to 14 business days (Monday-Friday).

I made an order. Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email after 1 hour, please contact me to make sure your order went through.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Chained Dolls ships to the US only, but international shipping may return in the future.

How much is shipping?

All handmade items (bracelets, bookmarks, mini file/pocket folders, stickers, magnets, notepads) ship free of charge to the US via the United States Postal Service (First Class or Priority, depending on the weight).

Shipping costs for all other merchandise depends on the item, quantity, weight, and shipping destination. When you go through the ordering process, you will be presented with shipping options and able to see your total order cost, including shipping, before checkout.

What happens if my order is lost or stolen?

Chained Dolls is not responsible for lost orders or stolen items. Please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number. You can also file a claim.

Printables

What are printables?

Printables are digital downloads. No physical item will be mailed. These are intended for printing on your home printer or sending to a local print shop. Printables include art prints, word search puzzles and coloring pages.

What are the print sizes?

Art prints come in three sizes - 5x7, 8x10, 8.5x11. All three sizes are included in the ZIP file.

Coloring pages come in US Letter and A4. Both sizes are included in the ZIP file.

How are the files delivered?

Almost immediately after purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. If you do not receive this email, contact us and let us know.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order?

Chained Dolls will try to accommodate cancellation requests, however once an order for a handmade item is submitted, it immediately goes into processing. If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please do so before your order ships.

What is your return policy?

Chained Dolls wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you're not, you're welcome to return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.
