Orders & Payments
All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diner's Club) are accepted as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, and Meta Pay.
Shop Pay helps you check out faster by automatically filling in your saved payment and shipping information when you enter your email address at checkout. When you checkout, click the purple Shop Pay button in the Express Checkout box. When you click Authorize purchase, you will receive a unique 6-digit code in a text message. When prompted, enter the code on the checkout page so the order can be processed.
You can also use ShopPay Installments. Pay in 4 installments using Shop Pay Installments in partnership with AFFIRM.

Meta Pay helps you check out faster by automatically filling in your saved payment and shipping information when you enter your email address at checkout. When you checkout, click the black Meta Pay button in the Express Checkout box. Log into your Facebook account. Your billing and shipping information will appear. You can change this information before you complete your purchase if required. You can then authenticate your purchase.
Meta Pay only works if you are using an IP address based in the United States, and one of the following browsers:
- Safari or Chrome for desktop
- Safari for iOS
- Chrome for Android
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). No credit card information is stored after your order has been processed.
For handmade items (bracelets, bookmarks, mini file folders, altar cards, rune cards), order processing times are between 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday). Most packages are shipped within 24 hours.
All other merchandise (apparel, gaiters/face masks, mousepads, casting cloths, laptop sleeves, poker cards, buttons, stickers, wall decor) are shipped via third party with processing times between 7 to 14 business days (Monday-Friday).
If you haven't received an order confirmation email after 1 hour, please contact me to make sure your order went through.
International shipping is available for select products. Handmade items are not available for international shipping. I currently ship within the United States and to Canada, Australia, Germany and Norway.

All handmade items (bracelets, bookmarks, mini file folders, altar cards, rune cards) ship free of charge to the US via the United States Postal Service (First Class or Priority, depending on the weight).
Shipping costs for all other merchandise depends on the item, quantity, weight, and shipping destination. When you go through the ordering process, you will be presented with shipping options and able to see your total order cost, including shipping, before checkout.
Chained Dolls is not responsible for lost orders or stolen items. Please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number. You can also file a claim.
Printables are digital downloads. No physical item will be mailed. These are intended for printing on your home printer or sending to a local print shop. Printables include art prints, word search puzzles and coloring pages.
Art prints come in three sizes - 5x7, 8x10, 8.5x11. All three sizes are included in the ZIP file.
Coloring pages come in US Letter and A4. Both sizes are included in the ZIP file.
Almost immediately after purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. If you do not receive this email, contact us and let us know.
Returns & Cancellations
Chained Dolls will try to accommodate cancellation requests, however once an order for a handmade item is submitted, it immediately goes into processing. If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please do so before your order ships.
Chained Dolls wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you're not, you're welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. Paper products (altar cards, bookmarks, rune cards) are not eligible for return. Facial-wear (neck gaiters, face masks) are not eligible for return. Sale items are not eligible for return.
